Between four to six titles for primary and six to eight titles for secondary are chosen for the eight Standing Orders per year, with pre-schools receiving four selections per year containing about four books. In 1999, ASO was judged 'Australian Schools Bookseller of the Year' by the Australian Publishers Association.
